Your Best Business Ideas Applied to Evergreen Membership Sites
How To Build Evergreen Membership Sites Based on Your Best Business Ideas
Evergreen niches are those in which the information doesn’t change very often, if at all. This should be taken into consideration when applying this to your Best Business Ideas. Gardening, for example, is an evergreen niche – there hasn’t been that much change in the last 20 or even 50 years. Computer-related niches, on the other hand, are not very evergreen. Things change often enough that information is rarely current for more than a few months at a time.

When you’re running a membership site, choosing an evergreen topic means you won’t have to update the information nearly as often, and you can keep selling to new members indefinitely, without having to create new content.
If you use a drip-feed mechanism of some sort it works well in evergreen niches. When someone signs up, they start at the beginning of the series and receive each new update on a pre-set schedule.
For instance, let’s say your membership gets new content derived from your Best business Ideas on a weekly basis. If a new member joins today they’ll be starting on module one and four weeks from now they’ll be on module four. Anyone who joins four weeks from now still starts at module one and continues on the pre-defined schedule
Provided you aren’t running a forum or some other type of community for your members, it won’t matter if they’re all at different stages of the membership.
If you are running a forum, or you’re providing content that everyone needs to have access to at the same time, no matter when they join, there is another option. You can let members pay extra to access previous months’ content.
You could do this in a case like a PLR membership where all members would expect to receive the newest content every month. If a new member joins in six months but gets the same pack that other people have already been using for six months, it’s not going to work out very well. Instead, you could let those newer members pay to access any previous months’ content that they might be interested in. As long as those previous months’ topics are evergreen, they would still be useful for anyone interested in them.
If you’re planning to offer a forum as part of your membership, choosing an evergreen niche has other advantages as well. New members will get a lot more benefit from past content if it is still applicable for them. If the topic changes regularly, a lot of the archived content won’t be of much value.
This is just some of the things you can work with when building your Membership Site based on your Best Business Ideas
